Monday Feb. 2

B: 2 pkts. oatmeal
*30 minute workout*
B: cheese, egg, and turkey on white; diet pepsi

((So even my workout didn't help; I'm still ink a funk))

S: half bagel with 1 TB each PB and jam

L: chicken burger, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli, 1/2 cup canned peaches, 5 cookies

S: 3 mini chocolate truffle things

D: 1/2 cup pasta w/ oil, 1 small soft taco, 2 hot dogs, 1 bun, 1/2 cup chili, one brownie

Holy sweets, batman! Next step, cut out most sweets tomorrow (especially the freaking cookies at lunch) and add some water.
